Each electrical diagram is customized according to the needs of the customer and the plant: we carefully study the positioning and dimensions of all the components that will be inserted in the panel, in order to obtain a clean and tidy result.
Low-voltage electrical panels services
Design and revamping of industrial low-voltage electrical panels
We design and assemble control panels with logic and precision, which represent the beating heart of our clients’ activity. We also design and assemble:
- Electrical power distribution panels with line consumption control where necessary or required. They can olso be integrated with control and management of utilities through software specifically created and managed by HMI (operator panel) with dedicated graphics.
- Automation electrical panels, including PLC software programming and touch screen panels that can allow customers to manage automated systems.
We also handle plant revamping: we ensure safety, we replace, update, and modernize old panels and systems with cutting-edge components to optimize and improve our clients’ production lines. We also renew safety systems, interface, and control systems, according to current regulations.
Software development services
PLC and supervision systems programming
We program PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) software, tailored to the customer’s needs and the specific industry of application.
We create supervision and SCADA systems for managing electrical loads of automatic and semi-automatic plants, access control, and provide the end-user with autonomous production management.
Advantages of supervision are numerous:
- Elimination of waste through the setting of predefined timers;
- Reduction of energy consumption;
- Reduction of management costs through remote control;
- Continuous monitoring of the plant status, through remote control and alarm management.
